You have 10 days, from the date of a product's reception to return it. The product must be in the same condition as you received it. You can come directly to our store in St. Anne de Beaupre or send us the product by mail. Please note that the transportation's cost for a return product will not be reimbursed and that it remains your responsibility. The refund, if any, will be made by the same payment method as the purchase was paid.
If it happens that you receive an incomplete order or a damaged product, please contact us at the Shrine's store and we will inform you about the procedure to follow.
